İsmi zaten içeriğine göz kırpan şirin bir şey, niye orjinaline sadık kalmazlar hiç anlamıyorum! Bulduğunuz da bir şeye benzese bari; ben bile daha uygununu buldum: “Hayırlısı Be Gülüm!" ;)
Okumak isteyenler için içeriğinden bahsedecek olursak;
Gemma -otuz yedi yaşında- haftanın her günü farklı kişilerin evlerine giderek çalışan özel bir aşçı. Aşk hayatından yana nasibini almış; yani herhangi bir beklentisi yok.
Kitap boyunca bolca yemek betimlemelerine hazır olun! Açıkçası ben bu dünyaya yemek yapmak için değil yemek yemek için gelmişim; yiyecek isimlerinin - büyük kısmının - egzotikliğinden benim kafamda herhangi bir cisim canlanmadı; canlansaydı vay kitabın haline! Zaten sanki mübarek, yapraklı parfüm şişesi!
Benim takıldığım birkaç nokta vardı tabii her zamanki gibi; mesela herkes kadına sarkıntılık yapıyor, kadın biraz rahat...
İlk sayfalardaki Gemma'nın o umursamaz havasından bıkıp benim gibi yarım bırakmaya kalkmazsanız, kitap daha sonra toparlanıyor. Şaşırtıcı minik sürprizler, hoş ve alışılmadık bir aşk hikayesi sizleri bekliyor olacak :)
Kitabı alırken önce kapağını , sonra da yazı puntosunu çok beğendim. Konusu da oldukça güzel olmasına rağmen anlatımı bir o kadar sıkıcıydı. Kitap romantik komedi tarzında bir roman , ancak kitabı 3/ 4 sebze isimleri ve yemek tarifleri ile doldurulmuş adeta. Tavsiye eder miyim ? Sanmıyorum.....
